Tania Sethi
Associate

Tania Sethi has practiced law since 2017 in a wide range of industries and practice areas with a focus on complex commercial cases, including multi-faceted contract disputes, trade secrets violations, technical construction and surety claims, transportation defense claims, and oil and gas disputes. Tania has also successfully defended her clients against legal malpractice, toxic tort, wrongful termination, and workplace injury claims. Additionally, since the start of her practice, Tania has committed to zealously represent several clients pro bono, including drafting bylaws and securing 501(c)(3) status for a nonprofit organization, representing victims of domestic violence on appeal, and seeking asylum in immigration court for victims of severe abuse and torture.

Tania has experience resolving cases in favor of her clients during all phases of litigation, including pretrial through dispositive motions, jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and appeals upon briefing and oral argument. Additionally, as a certified mediator, Tania can quickly key into the needs of other mediators as well as arbitrators and administrative law judges to successfully represent her clients.
