Victoria’s practice focuses on business and tort litigation, including complex contract disputes, legal malpractice defense, and commercial real estate matters. She is skilled in managing expert witnesses, conducting detailed discovery, and crafting strong, strategic litigation plans. Known for her command of the facts and forward-thinking approach, Victoria has successfully represented clients in hearings and is valued for her ability to anticipate the next move in litigation.

Victoria graduated one semester ahead of her cohort and served as the student commencement speaker at graduation. During law school, she externed for Judge Jamal N. Whitehead of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, served as a research assistant to Professor Maggie Chon on issues of copyright misuse and intellectual property, and worked as a law clerk at Legal Aid at Work in San Francisco, focusing on employment law.

Her advocacy skills were recognized at the 74th Annual National Moot Court Competition, where she was a regional quarterfinalist and named Best Oralist of her round.

Before law school, Victoria spent five years as a litigation paralegal, gaining hands-on experience that continues to inform her disciplined and results-driven legal practice.
