Ryan J.P. Dyer
Associate

Ryan brings over ten years of experience actively litigating a range of cases, including complex commercial claims, partnership and LLC disputes, high-stakes personal injury, professional liability, trademark, real estate, product liability, and consumer protection act claims.  Ryan is just as prepared to resolve a case through an advantageous mediation or arbitration as he is proceeding with a jury trial on the merits.  Ryan has also achieved winning results for clients at the appellate level, both in successfully affirming dispositive victories as well as overturning incorrect lower-court rulings.  In Ryan’s experience, the best asset in most legal disputes—the factor that usually determines success—is the degree to which his clients are empowered to meaningfully engage with and positively influence their case.  Accordingly, Ryan firmly believes the key to obtaining positive legal results is establishing a highly collaborative working relationship with his clients to better mutually understand their case’s strengths, challenges, and strategize the best path forward.
