Profile

John Tondini (AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell) has practiced law in Seattle since 1989. His federal and state court trial practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters including class actions. Additionally, he counsels clients on joint ventures, trade practices, antitrust and consumer issues. He recently tried four matters to verdict or final judgment in professional negligence and other tort matters, including two jury trials.

In 2001, he chaired the WSBA Antitrust, Consumer Protection and Unfair Business Practices Section. Among other matters, he has represented clients in trade secret and patent cases, securities and consumer class actions, professional liability suits, and mass tort litigation.
