Profile

Joshua Selig's practice focuses on commercial litigation. Josh has represented entities and individuals in state and federal courts in a variety of complex commercial disputes including breach of contract, professional liability, director and officer liability, employment disputes, securities law violations, and insurance bad faith. Josh's practice also includes resolving disputes through arbitration including obtaining a $6 million award for a beverage distributor in a dispute with a former supplier that withstood challenge up through the Washington Supreme Court. Josh has also previously provided white collar defense for clients in regulatory and criminal proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and National Association of Securities Dealers.
