Christina Haring-Larson’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has experience representing clients in disputes involving intellectual property rights, entertainment and media, trade secrets, professional negligence, insurance coverage, real property, class actions, securities, and employment. Christina has first-chair bench and jury trial experience and has represented a variety of businesses and individuals in arbitrations, mediations, and state and federal courts. She has litigated issues related to alleged RICO violations, corporate fraud, trademark infringement, non-competition agreements, and regulation of “spam” and “spyware.”
