Joshua Selig’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Josh represents entities and individuals in state and federal courts in a variety of complex commercial disputes including breach of contract, director and officer liability, professional liability, securities law violations, and insurance bad faith. Josh also has experience providing white-collar defense for clients in regulatory and criminal proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and National Association of Securities Dealers.
