Jacob A. Zuniga

Jacob joined Byrnes Keller Cromwell after representing public and private businesses at a local Seattle firm. His practice focuses on employment, consumer protection, intellectual property and commercial law, as well as causes of action arising under the False Claims Act, and class action defense. Jacob’s representation spans all phases of a case from prelitigation evaluation and discovery to dispositive motion practice, trial, and if needed, appeal. He has argued before various state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jacob’s recent works obtained victory at a trial dealing with allegations of monopolization, and secured the prejudicial dismissal of eleven of twelve claims in a fraud and trade secrets controversy, leaving only a case of breach of contract for further court consideration.
